Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Level 2 Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Hands-on experience with on-site and remote technical support.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (including O365) and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

Experience with Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint management tools.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems is a plus.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Other Requirements

Valid driver’s license, Vehicle and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Must be based in Ireland

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
